Cancellation Policy
At our business, we understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to adjust your appointment or purchase. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we have outlined the following policies for cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment for cancellations. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for cancellations made with short notice. All sales are final, and this includes appointments, services, and products. Please ensure you are certain before making your booking or purchase. Rescheduling Policy Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may also incur the $20 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee an immediate appointment following a late rescheduling request.
